Laurel Cepero is a Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate based in Denver, CO. As a therapist, she combines her experience as a trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness instructor with her knowledge of evidence-based counseling and love of experiential education.

West Wind works with older teens, adult women, and genderqueer individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, identity exploration, and the impact of trauma. We hold some sliding scale slots for individuals based on income.
